Staying true to "Something to SMILE about", here are some things you can expect as a patient at Advanced Dental :
- FREE Consultations. If you have any questions at all about your dental needs, please feel free to call. If you wish to speak directly with the dentist, just ask. If the dentist is not available when you call, you may leave your name and number for a return call.
- WE LISTEN. One thing you will notice with our professional staff is that we listen to you. You will be advised as to all necessary treatment, however, we will perform only those procedures that you wish to be completed. Most often, with our guidance, you will dictate the sequence of treatment since only you know exactly what you wish to accomplish, what you can afford, and in what order you would like your dental needs completed.
- Reasonable Fees. We try to maintain a very low overhead and pass much of the savings to our patients.
- Advertised Specials. Watch for our advertised specials. From time to time Advanced Dental advertises outstanding specials, however, bring any dental coupon or advertised special to our attention; we have been known to honor them if at all possible.
- Most insurance plans accepted. Advanced Dental participates with many of the most popular insurance plans. Our experienced staff is capable of obtaining maximum benefits for you and your family.
- No Insurance? Call and take advantage of our "Always Special" $79.00 Check-Up with X-Rays, Exam, and Cleaning, or join our Dental Maintenance Program for FREE Check-ups and a 20% discount (Yearly enrollment applies).
- We will quote fees over the phone. We attempt to be as accurate as possible and offer a range if a direct quote is not possible.
- Our "On Time" Policy. At Advanced Dental, we know your time is as valuable as ours. We make every effort to respect your time and will often seat you exactly on your appointed time if not before. This respect must go both ways. We require as much advanced notice as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.
- Messages. We answer all voice messages as soon as possible. Immediately during working hours and within four hours during non-working hours.
- Denture Services. We strive to provide "same day service" for most denture repairs and dental relines.
- Attitudes & Suggestions. We are open minded and listen to all reasonable requests. The "Doctor/Patient" relationship goes only as far as your dentistry is concerned. Beyond that we consider our patients as equals and respect them accordingly. The attitude in our office is one of compassion, respect and calming in nature. This friendly, non-confrontational setting provides for respectful, long-lasting relationships.
- Speak to the Doctor. There may be a time when you feel that you must speak directly to the doctor. If available, our doctors will not hesitate to "pick up the phone" and speak directly with you. If they are busy with a patient, your call will be returned as soon as possible.
